| Battle Intel. | Battle Intel are small missions provided for Chadley, and which eventually unlock fights against Shiva, Fat Chocobo, Leviathan, and finally Bahamut. | |
| VR Missions. | VR Missions are optional battles undertaken first in the Corneo Colosseum, and later in the Shinra Combat Simulator. The fights range in difficultly from level 1 up to level 7, and yield some of the most valuable and powerful rewards in the game. | |
